Custom Torsion Springs
We can manufacture custom torsion springs using single or double coils. To minimise friction against the shaft, we would always recommend using fixed tension ends.
Please bear in mind that the load of a torsion spring must be applied so that the torque application binds the spring, as it is strongest in this direction.
