Gas Strut Degassing Tools
Our quality degassing tool allows you to safely lower or adjust the gas strut pressure in the spring.
We’d always recommend wearing safety goggles or glasses when depressuring struts.
This handy tool is easy to use. Simply unscrew the fitting from the cylinder end, and you will expose the valve. Slowly screw in the release screw and hold the gas spring in a vertical position, rod side down and about arm’s length away from you.
You can then slowly release the gas at your own pace to adjust the pressure.
