Resistant Starlock Washers
Starlock washers are a durable pressing that provides enhanced grip onto the smooth surface of a steel shaft. This design provides the installer with a quick and efficient means of permanent assembly without the need for costly threading and grooving operations damaging the metal shaft.
These lock washers can be manufactured with a bespoke number of radial tabs on their interior that affect the washers locking capacity when applied to various materials such as metal or plastic. As a result, the Aranlock washers we supply are conventionally used. Although, generally, no preparation of the shaft is required, including grooving, the design of the washer combined with the internal tables makes them very effective on their own.
