The Metrol Pro-Line range combines technology used in our industrial Nitro-Springs with Nitro-struts, to create a range of gas struts that are designed for maximum durability in demanding environments.

Equip your application with market leading Pro-Line struts. They utilise high quality polyurethane sealing components and durable guiding elements to ensure longevity. In addition to this, they use technology to protect vital components from harsh environments.

Our polyurethane sealing components and wipers provide high cycle rates and increased life
expectancy over standard gas struts. We also offer dynamic damping which protects the gas strut and application from excessive shock.

Metrol Pro-Line Gas struts are available in stainless steel 316 and offer the greatest protection against rust and other forms of corrosion and degradation. Moreover, as a variable gas strut they can be recharged to provide even greater longevity.

Lastly, to protect the piston from physical trauma equip your gas struts with our protection tubes, along with the sealing component included, the protection tube can also prevent dust and dirt ingress.
